Returns

The consumer has the right to return the good within 14 calendar days counting from the day following the delivery of the good, without any penalty.

If the return is exercised within the period specified above, only the price of (the) ordered product(s) and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return costs are at your expense.

The products must be in their original condition and be complete (packaging, accessories, manual ... ) when returned, so they can be sold again. A copy of the purchase invoice is required.

Personalized products cannot be returned.
